The PDA installer
The first installer that PocketPC Installer creates is a self-extracting PocketPC .exe file that you run on your PDA, and which contains your entire set of .cab files / other files.
One file. That's it.

Copy it to your device, run it, and your .cab's / other files will get installed. It'll even do it intelligently, only installing .cabs that you have specified are suitable for this device type, and which haven't already been installed on the device.
Imagine - you could put this one file on a memory card, send it out to your users, with the following installation instructions:
1. Insert memory card in device.
2. Sit back and wait.
I think we've just redefined the meaning of the word "foolproof" !!
Alternatively, you could put a copy of this file on your web server. You could send your users a link to it, and by clicking on the link, they could download, run, and intelligently install your suite of .cab files.
As I said before, these PDA installer .exe's contain compressed copies of your .cab files, and nearly all .cab files aren't compressed. Your PDA installer file will be smaller, download a lot quicker, and are the easiest way for a user to install a set of .cab files.
